每次出行,有一些腿脚不方便的小伙伴们。你们是否会忧虑出行的不便?害怕给机场的工作人员带来不便?其实这些是不用担心的,机场已经有很成熟的服务流程了。大家可以大胆的去向往的地方。不过还有几项注意事项要注意一下:
1.机场设有特殊旅客服务专项柜台,符合承运条件的轮椅旅客可前往柜台优先办理乘机手续。
2.轮椅旅客到达特殊旅客办理柜台,提出申请,并出示残疾证及相关医疗证明,值机人员进行系统确认是否经过申请,未提前申请的旅客,根据航空公司要求进行接收,现场申请得到批准后予以办理。(必须提前打电话申请航空公司的轮椅服务)
3.请主动告知工作人员身体情况,工作人员根据座位布局和航空公司的要求,安排合适座位便于乘务员为您提供服务。
4.办完乘机手续后,旅客可持身份证件及登机牌前往问询台使用机场轮椅并填写《机场特殊旅客服务交接单》,由问询台工作人员安排专人陪同旅客完成安全检查并送至相应登机口,登机口工作人员协助旅客登机。
注意事项:
1.需要轮椅的旅客必须在订座时提出申请,售票员应详细询问旅客或其代理人有关旅客的残疾情况,以便决定旅客应属于哪一种情况。
2.如属伤残(病患)旅客应按伤残(病患)旅客的有关规定和接收条件办理。若无法确定旅客的病情是否危及自身或影响其他旅客时,需要提供相关适宜乘机的《医疗诊断证明书》。
3.自带轮椅可免费运输,作为托运行李装在货舱内。

电动轮椅托运要求
1.如您携带电动轮椅,需在乘机当天提前2小时到达机场与航司的工作人员联系办理托运手续。
2.请留意以下包装要求:
电动轮椅在托运时,其包装应该符合下列要求:
(a)装有防漏型电池的轮椅:
须确保电池不发生短路且安全地安装在轮椅上;如电池可以拆分,必须拆下电池,放入坚固的硬质包装内运载,作为交运行李存放在货舱内。
(b)装有溢漏型电池的轮椅:
须卸下电池放入坚固的硬质包装,如无法卸下电池,应确保轮椅在运输过程中始终处于直立状态。包装应该具有防漏功能,确保电池不发生短路,并且周围用合适的吸附材料填满,以吸收任何泄漏液体。
(c)装有锂离子电池的轮椅:
须卸下电池,并将电池携带入客舱;
每块电池额定瓦时数不得超过300Wh;
如果轮椅上配备的电池是2块,则每块电池额定瓦时数不得超过160Wh;
每位旅客最多可携带一个额定瓦时数不超过300Wh的备用电池,或两个额定瓦时数各不超过160Wh的备用电池

Notes:

1. If you are carrying an electric wheelchair, you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight date to check in with the airline staff.
2. Please pay attention to the following packing requirements:
when the electric wheelchair is shipped, its packing should meet the following requirements:
(a) a wheelchair with leak-proof batteries: to ensure that the batteries do not short-circuit and safely installed in the wheelchair; If the battery can be disassembled, it must be removed and transported in a strong hard packing and stored in the cargo hold as a transit baggage.
(b) wheelchairs with leaky batteries: the batteries shall be removed and placed in rigid packaging. If the batteries can not be removed, ensure that the wheelchair is always in an upright position during transportation. The packaging shall be leak-proof to ensure that the battery is not short-circuited and is surrounded by suitable absorbent material to absorb any leaking liquid.
(c) wheelchair with lithium-ion battery: the batteries shall be removed and carried into the cabin, the watt-hour rating of each battery shall not exceed 300 wh, and if the wheelchair is equipped with 2 batteries, each passenger is allowed to carry a spare battery with a watt-hour rating not exceeding 300WH or two spare batteries with a watt-hour rating not exceeding 160WH each
