亲爱的小伙伴们,当您的托运行李在运输过程中被损坏时,您可以按照以下步骤操作来减少自己的损失:

现场发现损坏 

在取行李时立即检查,如有损坏,现场拍照或录视频留证

填写《行李运输事故记录单》,并向工作人员提供必要的身份和登机牌信息

事后发现损坏  

如果您在离开机场后才发现行李损坏,请尽快联系航空公司客服并说明情况 

发送损坏行李的照片和相关行程信息,以便航空公司为您开具事故记录。

 赔偿要求 

根据《中华人民共和国民用航空法》,您有权要求航空公司进行赔偿

 赔偿可能包括实物替换或现金赔偿,具体金额和方式需根据航空公司的政策和法律规定确定。

温馨提示:

如果您托运了昂贵物品,务必在托运时办理价值证明,否则可能会按照每公斤最高100元的标准进行赔偿

Dear friends, when your checked luggage is damaged during transportation, you can follow the steps below to minimize your losses: 

On-site of Damage:

Immediately inspect your luggage upon retrieval. If damaged, take photos or videos on-site as evidence. Fill out the "Luggage Transport Incident Report" provide necessary identification and boarding pass information to the staff. 

Post-Facto Discovery of Damage: 

If you discover the damage after leaving the airport, contact the airline service as soon as possible and explain the situation. Send photos of the damaged luggage and related travel information to the airline to obtain an incident report. Compensation ClaimAccording to the "Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China," you have the right to claim compensation from the airline. The compensation may include physical or cash compensation. The specific amount and method will be determined based on the airline's policy and legal regulations. 

Important Tips: 

If you check expensive items, be to declare their value at the time of check-in; otherwise, compensation may be limited to a maximum of 100 yuan per kilogram. If you areatisfied with the compensation, you can file a complaint with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Consumer Affairs Center. There are three ways to file a:
